  • Scott Morency | Boston ACTS Chapter

< Back Scott Morency I strive daily to be a servant of the Lord God. I had a deep, personal encounter with Christ in my ACTS retreat in 2019 that forever changed my heart. I am married to the love of my life, Laura, who I met while completing my accounting studies at Bentley University. Together we have one beautiful daughter Violet, age 8, who brings us so much joy. We live in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we are parishioners at St. Malachy Church, of St. Veronica Parrish. Favorite Scripture : Matthew 13:3-9 And He told them many things in parables, saying, “Behold, the sower went out to sow; and as he sowed, some seeds fell beside the road, and the birds came and ate them up. Others fell on the rocky places, where they did not have much soil; and they sprang up immediately, because they had no depth of soil. But after the sun rose, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. Others fell among the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked them out. But others fell on the good soil and yielded a crop, some a hundred, some sixty, and some thirty times as much. The one who has ears, let him hear.” Favorite Saint St. Matthew – The patron saint of accountants

  • Tracy Glynn

< Back Tracy Glynn Director I lived my ACTS Retreat in 2005. Great experience. My family and I have been involved in ACTS and our parish life since our retreat experiences. I am married with three grown children. I work as a nurse. My family attends St.Williams of York Parish in Tewksbury, MA. Favorite Scripture: Matthew 6; 25-33 Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat [or drink], or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds in the sky; they do not sow or reap, they gather nothing into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are not you more important than they? Can any of you by worrying add a single moment to your life-span? Why are you anxious about clothes? Learn from the way the wild flowers grow. They do not work or spin. But I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was clothed like one of them. If God so clothes the grass of the field, which grows today and is thrown into the oven tomorrow, will he not much more provide for you, O you of little faith? So do not worry and say, ‘What are we to eat?’ or ‘What are we to drink?’ or ‘What are we to wear?’ All these things the pagans seek. Your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom [of God] and his righteousness, and all these things will be given you besides. Favorite Saint: Saint Pope John Paul II
